摘要 对1日龄雏鸡感染vMDV后的免疫学变化进行研究。其中枢免疫器官(法氏囊、胸腺)、外周免疫器官(脾脏)及消化道、呼吸道相关局部免疫组织(盲肠扁桃体、肺支气管粘膜下淋巴组织、哈德尔腺)中的TANAR+细胞、TACP+细胞、浆细胞及淋巴细胞数量均明显少于未感染对照鸡。 The experiment was undertaken to deteet the dynamic change ofnumber of TANAE+,TACP+,plasmocyte and lymphocyte in the central immuneorgans(thymus, Bursa Fabricius),Pcriplicral immunc organ(spleen)and thelocal immunc tissucs of digestive and respirsiory tract(cecal tonsile, lymphoid tissue of the subepithelium of bronchic and Harder gland) of chickens after intection with vMDV. The results was that cell abovementioned in the central and poriphoral immune organs and local immunetissues in the infection group with vMDV were lower than that contrlo. It showed the cellular and humoral immunc function of the central andperipheral immune organs and loacl immunc tissuc of chickenspostintection with vMDV was depresscd.
