摘要
目的了解德州市德城区流行性腮腺炎(流腮)的发病情况和流行特征,为防控流腮提供科学依据。方法对德州市德城区2012~2016年传染病报告管理信息系统中报告的流腮病例进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2012~2016年德州市德城区流腮报告发病率分别为30.62/10万、10.31/10万、4.25/10万、1.02/10万,1.01/10万(P<0.01),有2个发病高峰,分别在5~7月(报告111例、占报告总数的34.69%)和12月到次年1月(报告85例、占报告总数的26.56%),高发年龄为3~10岁(报告204例、占报告总数的63.75%)。2012~2016年男性病例213例,女性107例,男女之比为1.99∶1。城区和城乡结合部共报告病例253例,占报告总数的79.06%,发病率为55.36/10万;农村地区共报告病例67例,占报告总数的20.94%,发病率为40.85/10万(P>0.05)。结论德州市德城区2012~2016年流腮发病率呈下降趋势,城区和城乡结合部地区的3~10岁儿童是流腮防控的重点人群。
Objective To understand the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Decheng district,Dezhou city,so as to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was made on data from the infectious disease report in the management information system of mumps cases in Decheng district,Dezhou city,2012-2016. Results The reported incidence of mumps in Decheng district,Dezhou city,2012-2016 was 30.62/105,10.31/105,4.25/105,1.02/105 and 1.01/105,There was difference in the annual incidence（P〈0.01）,there were two peaks,in May-July（111cases,accounting for 34.69%）and December-January of next year（85cases,accounting for 26.56%）,the peak age was 3-10 years old（204cases,accounting for 63.75%）,during 2012-2016,213 cases were males,107 cases were females,the male and female ratio was 1.99∶1.253 cases were reported in the urban and suburban areas,accounting for 79.06% of the total,the incidence was 55.36/105,a total of 67 cases were reported rural area,accounting for 20.94% of the total,the incidence was 40.85/105（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mumps incidence in Decheng district,Dezhou city,2012-2016 is in a downward trend,the 3-10 year old childrenin the urban and suburban areas are the key groups for its prevention and control.
