摘要
目的探讨原发性IgA肾病患者血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与肾功能指标的相关性。方法选取47例IgA肾病患者为观察组,选取44例健康人群作为对照组。结果观察组患者eGFR显著低于对照组(P<0.001),24 h尿蛋白显著高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组患者血清IL-17(P<0.001)、VEGF(P<0.001)水平显著高于对照组;Pearson相关性检验分析发现,观察组患者IL-17与24 h尿蛋白(r=0.461,P=0.001)呈正相关,与eGFR呈负相关(r=-0.571,P<0.001)。VEGF与24 h尿蛋白(r=0.571,P<0.001)呈正相关,与eGFR呈负相关(r=-0.596,P<0.001)。结论原发性IgA肾病患者IL-17、VEGF的表达上调可破坏肾小球的滤过功能。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum IL-17,VEGF and renal indexes in patients with primary IgA nephropathy. Methods A total of 47 patients with IgA nephropathy were selected as observation group,and 44 healthy people were selected as control group. Results The eGFR level in observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P〈0. 001),while 24 h urine protein was significantly higher than the control group( P〈0. 001). Serum IL-17( P 7. 871) and VEGF( P〈0. 001) level in observation group were significantly higher than control group. The Pearson correlation test analysis showed that serum IL-17 was positively correlated with 24 h urine protein( r = 0. 461,P = 0. 001) in observation group,and was negatively correlated with eGFR( r =-0. 571,P〈0. 001). In observation group,VEGF was positively correlated with 24 h urine protein( r =-0. 571,P〈0. 001),and was negatively correlated with eGFR( r =-0. 596,P〈0. 001). Conclusion The up-regulated expressions of IL-17 and VEGF in patients with primary IgA nephropathy may damage the glomerular filtration function.
