摘要
在传统铸造工艺设计方法的基础上,利用Anycasting TM铸造仿真软件对磨盘座铸件的成形过程进行了模拟仿真。依据计算结果,研究了成形过程中铸件内部的温度场变化规律和凝固规律,并对铸件工艺进行优化设计。通过采用在热节处添加冷铁的工艺,把最后凝固位置控制在铸件冒口根部,有效地避免了铸件生成缩孔缺陷。
Based on the traditional design method of the casting process, the casting process of grinding disc base was simulated by using casting simulation software AnycastingTM. According to the calculation results, the change laws of temperature field and solidification in the casting process were studied, and the optimum casting process was also designed. By adding chills in the hot spots, the final position of solidification was controled in the riser root, which effectively avoided the casting shrinkage defects.
