摘要
对支撑板进行了铸造工艺方案的设计,并用UG软件对铸件进行了三维建模,然后用Anycasting铸造模拟软件对支撑板的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟。初始工艺模拟结果表明:在铸件正对内浇口的不通槽部位出现缩松、缩孔缺陷。通过加大冒口尺寸的方法进行优化设计,有效地消除了铸造缺陷,获得了较为合理的铸造工艺方案,能为实际生产提供参考。
The casting process for support plate was designed. And 3-D model of the casting was built by UG software. Then the mould filling and solidification process were simulated by Anycasting software. The results of original simulation indicate that the impassability chamfer position facing the internal gate can generate porosities. Through optimization design by increasing the size of risers, the defects were effectively eliminated, so the reasonable casting process was obtained, which can provide a reference for practical production.
