摘要
应用铸造工艺仿真软件对某柴油机拱门原有铸造工艺方案进行了反复分析优化,得出了最终工艺方案。经过解剖验证,新工艺方案生产的铸件大幅提高了成品率。
The original casting technology of the arch for a certain type of diesel engine was analyzed and optimized repeatedly with casting process simulation soitware. The final process scheme was obtained. Through the anatomy conformed, the rate of finished products for the casting produced with the new process program was greatly increased.
