摘要
运用快速离散傅里叶变换(FFT)方法,分析了不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti点焊动态电阻曲线的频谱特征,并通过对6个焊点的熔核直径的解剖验证,发现了动态电阻曲线幅频图中0Hz及3.1Hz处的幅频值与熔核直径成正比,3.1Hz处的幅频值随熔核尺寸变化的曲线斜率较小,0Hz处的幅频值随熔核尺寸的变化更为敏感。
After transforming the spot welding DRC(Dynamic Resistance Curve)of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti by FFT(Fast Fourier Transform),the spectrum characteristics are analyzed and the nugget sizes of six spot welds are measured and contrasted.It is found that the amplitude-frequency values at 0 Hz and 3.1 Hz are directly proportional to the nugget sizes.Compared with that at 0 Hz,the rate of amplitude-frequency value change with the nugget size at 3.1 Hz is less.It is indicated that amplitude-frequency value change with the nugget sizes at 0 Hz is more sensitive.
