摘要
现代学徒制在我国已经试点两年多了,但是人们对现代学徒制仍然缺乏基本的认识。现代学徒制是在企业职业教育体制下,通过企业真实工作环境中的"在岗培训"这一有效教育形式,专门培养技能型人才的国家职业教育制度。在情境学习理论看来,学徒制代表了一种职业学习新范式,即合法的边缘性参与。试点实践证明,在我国学校职业教育这一特定办学体制下,现代学徒制不具有可行性。
Modern apprenticeship has been piloted in China for more than two years, but people still lack the basic understanding toward the modern apprenticeship. Modern apprenticeship system, under the enterprise vocational education system, is a national vocational education system which especially cultivates skilled talents through the effective educational form of "on- the-job training" in the real work environment in enterprises. In the situational learning theory, apprenticeship represents a new form of vocational learning, namely, the legitimate peripheral participation. The practice of such experiments shows that the modern apprenticeship system is not feasible for the vocational education under the specific school running system in our country.
