摘要
以“招工即招生、入企即入校、校企双师联合培养”为主要内容的企业新型学徒制,以培养知识型、技能型、创新型高技能人才为目标,有利于技能人才的职业技能提升和终身职业技能培训,体现了专业的特征、“市场化”的特征,是校企合作、工学一体、产教融合基础上发展起来的更有利于职业教育发展的一种新的技能人才培养模式。新型学徒制人才培养需要完成与之匹配的专业课程建设,建立与之适应的师资团队,与职业教育“1+X”证书制度相契合。调动企业参与新型学徒制的积极性,定向性、选拔性完成技能人才的培养。
The new enterprise apprenticeship system with“recruitment means enrollment,entering the enterprise means entering the school,and school-enterprise dual-teacher joint training”as the main content,aims at cultivating knowledge-based,skilled and innovative high-skilled talents,which is conducive to the promotion of vocational skills and lifelong training of skilled personnel,and embodies the characteristics of specialty and“marketization”.It is a new skilled personnel training mode which is more conducive to the development of vocational education based on school enterprise cooperation,integration of work and learning,and integration of production and education.The cultivation of new apprenticeship talents needs to complete the construction of professional courses matching with it,and establish a suitable teaching team,which is in line with the“1+X”certificate system of vocational education.The enthusiasm of enterprises should be mobilized to participate in the new apprenticeship,and complete the training of skilled talents with orientation and selection.
