摘要
目的:观察胰肾康丸对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射1%链脲佐菌素(STZ)方法建立2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型。取造模成功的35只大鼠随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、胰肾康丸高剂量组、胰肾康丸中剂量组、胰肾康丸低剂量组,每组7只;同时另设正常组大鼠9只。各给药组均灌胃给药,正常组和模型组予以等体积的蒸馏水,各组连续做相应处理4周。检测大鼠血清中游离脂肪酸(FFA)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平。结果:胰肾康丸能明显降低糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清FFA、TG、TC水平,改善脂代谢紊乱的状况。结论:胰肾康丸对胰岛素抵抗大鼠改善作用部分机制是对脂代谢紊乱的调节作用。
Objective : Objective : To observe the effects of Yishenkang Pill on lipid metabolism in type 2 di- abetes rats with insulin resistance (IR). Methods: The model of type 2 diabetes rats with insulin resistance was established by intraperitoneal injection of 1% streptozotoein (STZ). 35 model rats were randomly divided into model group, mefformin group, high, middle and low dose groups of Yishenkang Pill, with 7 rats in each group and 9 rats in normal group. The rats in each group were given intragastrie administration and the normal and model groups were given equal volume of distilled water for 4 weeks. The levels of free fatty acid (FFA), tri- glyeeride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in serum were measured . Results: Yishenkang Pill could signifi- cantly decrease the levels of serum FFA, TG and TC in type 2 diabetes rats with IR, and improve lipid metabo- lism disorder. Conclusion: The effect of Yishenkang Pill on type 2 diabetes rats with insulin resistance may be related to the decrease of serum FFA, TG and TC .
