摘要
医学本科教育由于教学资源受限,学生参加重修的教学资源有限,教务部门在重修事务上投入的精力有限,导致医学本科生重修的质量和效率不高。从重修管理的角度出发,设计教务与学工联合管理重修的模型,共同负责提高重修的质量,为保障学生重修的权利,提高学生重修的能动性,完善重修制度,对联合作用的新途径进行可行性分析。通过文献研究法和综合分析法,借助重修管理模型和重修工作流程,比较单一管理模式下存在的问题,结合学工关于重修管理重视的程度,得出教务与学工联合作用下的医学本科教育重修管理新途径是可行的,辅导员参与重修的管理,指导监督学生完成重修的规划、学习和考试,有利于开展思想政治教育工作和实现人才的培养目标。
Due to limited teaching resources of medical undergraduate education, students participating in the retake have limited teaching resources and the education department puts limited energy in the retake work, leading to poor retake quality and efficiency of medical undergraduates. In order to im- prove the students' retake quality, guarantee their retake right, improve retake initiative and perfect the retake system, this article designs the retake model of joint teaching management and student management and conducts a feasibility analysis from the perspective of retake management. Through literature research and comprehensive analysis, retake management model and retake workflow, prob- lems comparison under single management model as well as emphasis degree of student department on retake management, it is concluded that it is a feasible way of retake management of medical under graduate education under the combination of teaching management and student management. Instruc- tors participate in retake management, guide and supervise students to complete the retake plan, learning and examination. All these will be helpful to carry out ideological and political education as well as talent cultivation.
