摘要
以浙江省为例,介绍了实施创新驱动发展战略取得的成效,指出了面临的主要问题,并提出了加快创新基地建设,构建高端要素科技平台,要运用高技术改造提升传统产业,通过加大自主创新投入力度,营造良好的创新环境氛围。重点解决产业升级中的重大共性和关键技术难点,推动产业升级和产品更新换代,提高产业竞争力。
Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper introduces the achievements of the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy,and points out the main problems faced.And put forward to speed up the construction of innovation base,build high-end technology platform,to promote the use of high-tech transformation of traditional industries.By increasing investment in independent innovation,to create a good environment for innovation.Focus on solving the major common and key technical difficulties in industrial upgrading,promote industrial upgrading and product upgrading,improve industrial competitiveness.
