摘要
当前,开封市处于工业化中期这一发展阶段。在经济快速发展的同时,产业结构不合理、供需不平衡、企业创新能力低下、产能大量剩余等问题凸显出来。新时期,开封市应大力推进供给侧结构性改革,着力优化经济结构、转换发展动力、厚植发展优势、推动产业升级,继续实施工业强市战略,推进新型工业化建设,促进工业经济提质增效。只有这样,才能实现"十三五"规划确定的工业发展目标。
This article is based on the theory of supply side structural reform, also related to planning of much starker choices - and graver consequences, as well as priorities in 2016 of Kaifeng, in order to realize the strategy of industrial powerful city. In this article, we have a preliminary research. First of all, this article combs the Kaifeng industrial development ; Second, it describes the Kaifeng in- dustry including industrial layout and industrial strength conditions; Then, on this basis, it finds out problems in Kaifeng industrial supply side; Finally, it focuses on ＂ supply side＂, ＂ structural＂ and ＂ reform＂ three key points, and offers suggestions on industrial supply side structural reform.
