摘要
目的研究免疫组织化学和聚合酶链反应检测乳腺癌易患基因。方法方便选取该院2015年4月—2017年4月收治的40例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果乳腺癌组患者的乳腺癌易患基因1表达显著低于良性乳腺疾病组、健康对照组(F=31.027,P<0.05),Her2(F=27.012)、CK5/6(F=150.452)、EGFR(F=188.347)表达均显著高于良性乳腺疾病组、健康对照组(P<0.05);聚合酶链反应检测乳腺癌组患者乳腺癌易患基因1、CK5/6、EGFR阳性表达率87.5%(35/40)、42.5%(17/40)、45.0%(18/40)均显著高于免疫组织化学检测57.5%(23/40)、17.5%(7/40)、22.5%(9/40)(χ~2=5.02,7.38,9.35,P<0.05),灵敏度、特异度、准确度均显著高于免疫组织化学检测(P<0.05)。结论聚合酶链反应检测乳腺癌易患基因的效果较免疫组织化学好。
Objective This paper tries to study the immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction in the detection of breast cancer susceptibility genes. Methods Convenient selection the clinical data of 40 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in this hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were analyzed statistically. Results The breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 expression of the breast cancer group was significantly lower than the benign breast cancer group and healthy control group(F=31.027,P0.05); the Her2(F=27.012),CK5/6(F=150.452), EGFR(F=188.347)expressions were significantly higher than the benign breast disease group and healthy control group(P0.05); The positive expression rates of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1, CK5/6, EGFR was 87.5%(35/40), 42.5%(17/40), 45.0%(18/40) respectively of the breast cancer group of the polymerase chain reaction detection, significantly higher than the immunohistochemistry detection of 57.5%(23/40), 17.5%(7/40), 22.5%(9/40)(χ~2=5.02,7.38,9.35,P0.05), the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy were significantly higher than the immunohistochemistry detection(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of polymerase chain reaction in the detection of breast cancer susceptibility genes is better than immunohistochemistry.
