摘要
中师在长期的办学实践中,形成了许多优良传统:办学层面的主要有坚定不移的办学方向、全面发展的素质教育、浓郁醇厚的中师文化、堪称典范的精英式教育、精严细实的中师管理;教学层面的主要有全科综合的人才培养模式、全面系统的课程设置、丰富多彩的课外活动、贯穿全程的校外实践、管用实用的技能训练;教育层面的主要有持之以恒的养成教育、卓有成效的自我管理、入脑入心的专业思想教育。凭着这些优良传统,中师培养了一大批下得去、留得住、用得上、教得好的农村基础教育师资,为中国基础教育的改革与发展做出了卓越贡献。随着中师快速退出历史舞台,许多中师优良传统正在快速逝去,成了"与洗澡水一起泼出去的孩子",令人扼腕。
In the long practice of secondary normal schools, many fine traditions have been formed.At the level of school running, they have unswerving direction, quality education with comprehensivedevelopment, rich mellow culture of secondary normal school, classic elite education, and strictmanagement. At the teaching level, they have comprehensive talent training model, systematic curriculumprovision, a variety of extracurricular activities, full-course after school practice, practical skill training. Atthe education level, they have perseverant formative education, fruitful self -management, and in -depthprofessional ideological education. With these fine traditions, the secondary normal schools have cultivated alarge number of willing, unswerving, practical, qualified teachers for rural basic education, and madeoutstanding contributions to the reform and development of basic education in China. With the rapid exit ofsecondary normal schools, many fine traditions are passing away like “ the child poured out with thebathing water” , which is a great pity.
