摘要
针对常见的药物制剂新技术进行研究,主要包含固体分散技术、微型包囊技术与微囊技术、脂质体制备技术、聚合物纳米粒技术以及口服缓释技术/控释技术等,并基于药物制剂新技术在中药制剂现代化中的应用与发展建议进行分析,旨在推动中药制剂的现代化发展。
This paper mainly studies the new technology of drug preparation,including solid dispersion technology,microcapsule technology and microcapsule technology,liposome preparation technology,polymer nanoparticle technology and oral sustained-release technology/controlled release technology,and so on.Based on the new drug preparation in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in the application and development of the proposed analysis,aimed at promoting the modernization of Chinese medicine preparations.
