摘要
药物制剂新技术的应用可有效提高中药方面的制剂水平,进而增强中药产业的市场竞争力对医学的发展与完善具有重要的推动作用,本文比较常见的药物制剂新技术,具体对分子包合技术、聚合物纳米粒技术、脂质体制备技术、固体分散技术、固体脂质纳米粒技术、聚合物纳米粒技术等做了详细介绍与讨论,并对其在中药制剂现代化中的应用提出建议。
The application of new pharmaceutical preparation technology can effectively improve the preparation level of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and then enhance the market competitiveness of TCM industry,which plays an important role in promoting the development and improvement of TCM. In this paper,we compare the common new pharmaceutical preparation technology,including molecular inclusion technology,polymer nanoparticle technology and liposome preparation technology. The solid dispersion technology,solid lipid nanoparticle technology and polymer nanoparticle technology were introduced and discussed in detail,and some suggestions on their application in the modernization of TCM preparations were put forward.
