摘要
信息化已成为社会发展趋势,在信息化环境下互联网与学生生源变化给人文素质教育带来了巨大冲击,人文素质教育面临新的课题。文章通过对苏南地区3所高职院校部分学生的调查,发现高职院校存在人文素质教育薄弱,学生人文素质缺失的普遍现象,从"重技能、轻人文"的传统思想与教师人文素质不能适应信息化发展要求等原因进行分析,提出了加强构建人文校园文化氛围,营造良好人文教育环境;加强师资队伍建设,提升教师人文素质教育能力;加强校企合作,实现校企文化对接;注重应用实践,强化高职院校人文素质教育实践功能等具体措施,为实现高职院校培养高素质高技能人才提供参考。
Informatization has become the trend of social development. The changes of Internet and student sources have great impacts on the humanistic quality education, so humanistic quality education is facing new challenges. Based on the investigation of the students of three vocational colleges in South Jiangsu province, it can be found that humanistic quality education is weak and a lot of students- humanistic quali- ty is very low. This paper analyzes the reasons of traditional thoughts of ＂emphasizing skills and neglecting humanities＂ and teachers- humanistic quality can not meet the requirements of the development of informa- tization, then, it puts forward some measures to construct a humanistic campus and create a good environ- ment for humanistic education; strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve teachers＂ humanistic quality education ability; strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises and connect campus culture with corporate culture; strengthen the practical function of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges so as to provide some references for the training of high-quality and highly skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
