“互联网+”时代“城内城”型高校周边商业空间的分异特征及形成机制——以西南大学实体商业空间与网络商业空间为例 被引量:15

摘要 以西南大学周边商业空间为例,基于信息熵模型分析其周边实体商业空间与网络商业空间的分异特征,结合高校学生的需求特性,探讨高校周边商业空间的形成机制及影响因素。结果表明:(1)高校实体商业空间的网点数量在一定程度上具有端点优势,在空间布局上呈现多元化特征,其信息熵、均衡度的高低与该街区的历史发展沿革、有效人流量、交通可达性密切相关。(2)高校网络商业空间中饮食网点类型日益多元化,娱乐休闲日益网络化,其信息熵和均衡度与街区内商业种类以及商家对网络利用的熟悉程度有关。(3)饮食类网点在高校周边实体商业空间和网络商业空间中均占有数量上的绝对优势,在空间距离上遵循"距离递减"规律。(4)高校周边实体商业空间现状分异特征的形成是可达性、地租、学生需求等因素综合作用的结果;互联网技术以及商户"互联网行为"对于高校周边网络商业空间的发展有重要影响。 The peripheral entity commercial space and network commercial space of the university are significant study fields in Internet geography and business geography. Once the "Internet Plus" is put forward, it is incalculably that the structure and spatial pattern of our country's economy have changed. "Smart Consumption" advocated in the Internet plus era influences on the commercial space of college particularly. This paper takes the commercial space of southwest university as an example, and analyzes differentiation characteristics of the peripheral physical commercial space and the Internet commercial space at college according to the information entropy model. Finally, this research discusses its forming mechanism and influence factors based on the feature of college students' demand. The results shows: (1) To some extent , the characteristics of the physical commercial space of colleges is endpoints advantage, with the spatial structure diversified, whose value of the information entropy and equilibrium degree are affected closely by the historical development, effective pedestrian flows as well as traffic accessibility of the blocks; (2) For the campus network commercial space, there are two distinctive characters which are the intelligent diet space and the digital recreation space, and then it is largely connected with primary commercial type and the dealer who can or not make full use of the Internet; (3) Dietetic networks have absolute advantages in amount for whether the peripheral physical commercial space or Internet commercial space, and its spatial distribution meets the "distance-decay regularity"; (4)Thefactors, which include accessibility, land rent and student demands, have a joint effect on distribution characteristics of the university peripheral commercial space. The internet technology and "merchants interact habits" are influential enough for the university internet commercial space.
