摘要
近年来,浙江省城镇化和各项建设的快速发展,土地资源的稀缺已经制约了经济的快速发展。虽然围海造地解决了制约经济发展的土地问题,但大规模围海造地对浙江海域的海洋生态环境带来了一定影响。本文根据围填海工程的特点和渔业资源分布状况,阐述了围填海工程快速发展给浙江海域海洋生态环境和渔业资源带来的影响,并对如何合理地开发利用海洋资源,将填海工程对渔业资源和海洋生态环境的影响降至最低,提出了几点建议、对策与措施。
Recent years,with the rapid development of the urbanization and the construction of Zhejiang Province, the scarcity of land resources has restricted the rapid economic development.A great deal of land resource is used,which makes the limited land resource decrease rapidly.On the one hand,shortage of land resource limied the economical development.On the other hand,reclamation in a large area had a bad effect on the marine environment in the marine space of Zhejiang Province.The features of coastal reclamation and distribution of fishery resource were described.It also refers to the countermeasures for how to prevent and lighten the influence made by the rapid coastal reclamation.
