摘要
海洋生态保护红线为重点海洋生态功能区、生态环境敏感区和脆弱区等海域的生态保护提供了强有力保障,通过梳理海洋生态保护红线划定情况,分析红线内人为用海活动现状,并针对不同类型的红线和人为用海活动影响,开展红线管控对策研究,提出红线管控要点,为我国海洋生态保护红线管理提供参考。
The marine ecological protection red line provides a strong guarantee for the ecological protection of the focusing marine ecological functional areas,ecologically sensitive areas and ecologically vulnerable areas.By combing the delineation of the marine ecological protection red line,this paper analyzes the current situation of human activities in the red line and studies the red line management and control countermeasures for the different types of red lines and the impact of human activities.The critical points of red line management and control are proposed,which are expected to serve as valuable references for managing marine ecological protection red line in China.
