摘要
生态网络作为生物保护领域的重要概念,在空间规划中日益得到认可。其意义一方面在于建立完整的生物保护基础结构,以降低自然系统破碎化给生物多样性造成的威胁,另一方面也从自然保护出发建立不同利益主体间的合作与共管平台,以协调保护与利用的矛盾,两方面是相辅相成的。在对生态网络概念的含义、发展简要回顾的基础上,介绍了欧洲及荷兰生态网络规划的过程及经验,强调了构建空间连接与实现管理合作的重要性。
Emerged from biological conservation fields, ecological nelwork concept has been increasingly accepted Jn spatial planning. It is of significance not only to spatially establish the integrated biological conservation infrastructure to reduce the threats of habitat fragmentation for biodiversily, but also to emphasize the administrative cooperation and participation of different stakeholders to harmonize the conflict between conservation and utilization. Both dimensions are supplementing each other. After general reviewing the meaning and development of ecological nelwork concept, this paper introduces the process and experiences of ecological network planning Jn Europe and the Netherlands and stresses on two key issues： spatial connection and administrative cooperation.
