摘要
以浙江舟山钓梁围垦工程为例,利用数学模型的研究成果,分析了冲淤环境改变对周围环境敏感点的影响。同时结合项目区生态环境现状,对工程带来的潮间带及底栖生物的损失、渔业资源损失进行预测,并采用《建设项目对海洋生物资源影响评价技术规程》进行损失估价。最后提出冲淤不利影响的减缓措施及海域生态补偿措施,以供类似工程参考。
By taking DiaoLiang Reclamation Project in Zhoushan of Zhejiang Province as the study case, the impact from the var- iation of the erosion-deposition environment on the surrounding environment sensitive spots are analyzed herein with the study re- sult from a math-model, while the losses of the fishery resources and the benthoses within the intertidal zone caused by the project are predicted in accordance with the status of the eco-environment of the project area, and then the losses are assessed based on the" Technical Regulations for Impact Assessment of Construction Projects on Marine Living Resources". Finally, the measures for alleviating the unfavorable impact from the erosion-deposition and the measures for the marine eco-compensation are put for- ward, so as to provide references for the similar projects concerned.
