摘要
以一所应用型药学高校为例,对于新形势下药学类学生创新意识和创新能力的培养进行分析,提出了创新创业背景下要进一步加强人才培养模式创新、创新创业实践政策配套及硬件投入、校企协同育人、特色校园文化建设等才能培养出更多具有创新精神和创新能力的新一代大学生。
This article takes an applied pharmaceutical university as an example to analyze the cultivation of pharmaceutical students＇ innovative consciousness and innovative ability under the new situation. To cultivating more new generation college students of innovative consciousness and innovative ability, it＇s presented that the aspects of the innovation of talent training mode, the innovation and entrepreneurship practical policy support and hardware investment, the cooperative education of university and enterprise, the construction of characteristic campus culture should be further strengthened.
