摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在胰腺癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法将104例行手术治疗的胰腺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组52例实施围手术期常规护理,观察组52例实施围手术期舒适护理,比较两组护理后心理状况、舒适度评分。结果护理后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理舒适度、生理舒适度、环境舒适度、社会舒适度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可改善胰腺癌围术期护理患者的心理状况,提高舒适度。
Objective To investigate application effect of comfort nursing in perioperative nursing of pancreatic cancer. Methods 104 patients with surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients treated with perioperative routine nursing were taken as control group. 52 patients treated with perioperative comfort nursing were taken as observation group. After nursing, psychological status, comfort score were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, HAMA score, HAMD score in observation group were lower than control group, while difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Psychological comfort, physiological comfort, environmental comfort, social comfort in observation group were higher than control group, while difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing can significantly improve psychological status of patients with perioperative nursing of pancreatic cancer, which can also improve comforty.
