摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在胰腺癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法对我院接受手术治疗的40例胰腺癌患者资料进行分析,根据不同护理方案将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组实施舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组生理舒适度(78.44±11.47)分,心理舒适度(65.14±16.58)分,社会文化舒适度(74.21±14.96)分,环境舒适度(90.34±12.38)分,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组心率(89.41±7.16)次/min,收缩压(127.63±8.14)mm Hg,舒张压(80.64±9.32)mm Hg,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率15%,显著低于对照组(60%)(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌患者围术期实施舒适护理效果理想,能够提高手术治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate app3ication effect of the comfort care in pancreatic perioperative nursing. Methods The data of 40 patients in our hospital underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer were analyzed according to the different care programs, and they were divided into control group and experimental group, and the control group received con- ventional methods of care, while experimental group received comfort care implementation. The nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The physiological comfort of experimental group was（78.44±11.47） points, the psycho- logical comfort was（65.14±16.58） points, social and cultural comfort was（74.21±14.96） points, environmental comfort was （90.34±12.38） points, significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; the heart rate of the experi- mental group was （89.41±7.16） times/min, systolic blood pressure was （127.63±8.14） mmHg, diastolic blood pressure was（80.64±9.32） mmHg, which were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）; the complication rate of experimental group was 15%, significantly lower than the control group （60%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative pancreatic comfort care for patients with favorable and can improve surgical treatment, reduce the incidence of postop- erative complications, should be introduced.
