摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在老年患者口腔修复诊疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年5月大连市口腔医院收治的102例口腔疾病患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(51例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组的诊疗情况、护理舒适度、自我效能感。结果护理后,观察组对口腔修复知识掌握度评分高于对照组,就诊时间短于对照组,诊疗期不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生理、心理、环境等舒适度评分高于对照组;观察组的自我效能感强于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者口腔修复诊疗中实施舒适护理,可有效提升患者对口腔修复知识掌握度,缩短就诊时间,降低诊疗期不良事件发生率,改善其护理舒适度,加强自我效能感。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the treatment of oral cavity repair in elderly patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with oral diseases admitted to Dalian Stomatological Hospital,Liaoning province from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(51 cases)and the observation group(51 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfort nursing.The diagnosis and treatment,nursing comfort and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the observation group′s oral cavity repair knowledge mastery degree score was higher than that of the control group,the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during diagnosis and treatment was lower than that of the control group,the comfort levels such as physiology,mentality and environment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the self-efficacy of the observation group was stronger than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing in the oral repair diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients can effectively improve the patients′grasp of oral repair knowledge,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of adverse events during the diagnosis and treatment,improve their nursing comfort,strengthen the sense of self-efficacy.
