矢量信号发生器相位特性研究

摘要 利用高速示波器对矢量信号发生器生成的几种典型多频正弦信号进行了测量和表征,研究了其在不同频段、带宽和峰均比条件下的相位特性。该研究工作可为矢量信号发生器的检定校准方法完善提供参考。
