摘要 在FM调制信号调频频偏参数测量过程中,测量准确度与载波偏移误差、解调带宽、采样速率等密切相关。本文提出的FM调频偏移高精度测量方法 ,首先采用相位差分法从获得的IQ信号数据中提取瞬时频率波形,然后利用戈泽尔算法计算出瞬时频率波形中存在的直流偏移,并进行去直流处理,最后采用加窗SINC正弦内插方法对瞬时频率波形进行插值,从内插的波形中获得调频偏移。实际应用结果表明,采用该方法能够满足调频频偏测量准确度优于1%的测量要求。 Measurement precision is related to carrier Frequnency offset,demodulation bandwidth,sampling frequency etc in the FM deviation measurement.High precision measurement method of FM deviation used in the design of measuring receiver is discussed in this paper.The first,instantaneous frequency is calculated from the IQ signal based on instantaneous phase difference.The second,DC offset is calculated and deleted in the instantaneous frequency sequence based on the goertzel algorithm.Lastly the instantaneous frequency sequence is interposed based on sinc interpolation algorithm.FM deviation is the peak frequency deviation of the instantaneous frequency sequence.The measurement results in practice show that measurement accuracy of the carrier frequency offset is less than 1%,this method can achieve requirement of measuring receiver.
