中山市G社区登革热疫情中BGS-trap蚊虫监测与地理信息处理软件的联合应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索基于地理信息系统和BGS-trap监测数据的时空分析方法在登革热疫情蚊媒控制效果评估中的应用。方法 2015年中山市出现登革热暴发疫情的社区应用BGS-trap进行伊蚊成蚊密度监测,7月27日起至8月5日基于监测数据利用Satscan连续进行每日时空扫描分析,评估是否存在蚊媒的时空聚集;地图绘制和结果可视化展示由ArcGIS实现。结果 2015年中山市G社区发现登革热本地病例3例,疫情持续11d,Satscan时空扫描分析结果显示5天发现5个应重点处理的区域。结论在登革热疫情中,BGS-trap、地理信息系统以及时空扫描分析方法的联合应用能够及时的确定热点地区,从而为该地区的灭蚊工作提供针对性的指导。 Objective To explore the application of spatiotemporal analysis that based on geographic information system (GIS) and BGS-trap surveillance data in vector control evaluation of a dengue epidemic. Method An outbreak of dengue was reported in a community of Zhongshan city 2015 and the density of Aedes mosquito was monitored by BGS-trap, based on the monitoring data, a spatiotemporal analysis was carried out by Satscan to evaluate the spatial and temporal aggregation of mosquitoes. The mapping and visualization of the results were generated by ArcGIS. Result 3 cases of dengue were reported in G community, the epidemic situation was last 11 days, 5 spatiotemporally clustered areas were identified and analysed by satscan. Conclusion In a dengue epidemic, a combined application of BGS-trap, geographic information system and spatiotemporal analysis could timely determine the clustered area, which helps to provide a specialized guidance for mosquito elimination in these area.
