摘要
目的掌握妈湾口岸蚊类构成、密度及季节消长规律,为蚊传疾病风险评估提供科学依据。方法 2016年4-12月,对妈湾口岸的蚊类进行调查,成蚊采用双层叠帐法,幼蚊采用诱卵器法。采用RT-PCR法检测成蚊寨卡病毒和黄热病毒。结果捕获成蚊153只,经鉴定隶属1亚科2属2种,白蚊伊蚊为优势蚊种,占96.1%。平均蚊密度为5.2只/顶·h。季节消长规律为单峰型,7月份为高峰期,密度为23只/顶·h。蚊幼虫监测显示平均诱卵器指数为6.3%,阳性率集中于5-8月份,以5月份最高,达37.5%。寨卡病毒和黄热病毒检测均为阴性。结论为防止蚊媒传染病的传播,应在蚊密度和诱卵器指数高峰期加强口岸伊蚊的监测。
Objective To master the species,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes at Mawan port,and to provide scientific basis for the risk assessment of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods From April to December2016,mosquitoes were investigated at Mawan port. Adult mosquitoes were collected by Bio Di Vector traps,and larvae egg collection devices were used. RT-PCR method was used to detect Zika virus and Yellow fever virus carried by mosquitoes. Results A total of 153 mosquitoes were captured and identified as 2 genera 2 species. Aedes albopictus was the dominant species,accounted for 96.1%,and the average density was 5.2/net·h. There was a peak in July,the density was 23/net·h. The average of index for the container was 6.3%.The positive rate concentrated in the May to Augest,and the highest rate in May,was up to 37.5%. Zika virus and Yellow fever virus detection were negative. Conclusion It is should to strengthen surveillance before mosquito density and container index reach the peak,to stop the spread of mosquito-borne diseases.
