摘要
城市综合体是近十多年来伴随着城市开发进程的不断深入而持续快速发展起来的建筑形式。它是当代城市、社会经济相互交融,有机联系的必然结果。深度的城市化发展将更加关注土地的集约利用,资源的有效整合以及环境的可持续发展。当前,传统的城市综合体分类,已很难覆盖复合定位的城市功能区域和承载更丰富内容的城市公共空间。特别是在"十二五"期间,中国高铁建设达到前所未有的发展高峰,为众多区域级核心城市带来了一座座高铁新城,引领了高铁经济的迅猛发展。为匹配这些新城区的开发,高速拉动区域经济的增长,以交通枢纽为核心,高度集约化、功能强大、交通联系紧密的综合体成为一种必然的解决方案。探索此类综合体的开发,需要结合周边实际的区位条件,规划定位并不能仅从单一维度出发,而应是更合理化地结合环境以及基础设施,嫁接于多个层级,着眼于一个复合多维系统的打造。城市化的深入,高铁建设在"十三五"期间的进一步发展推进,各大城市群的最终建立,必将刺激交通枢纽概念类综合体更全面的进化发展。
In the past ten years, urban complex is a kind of building typealong with the urban development process, that is now deepening and developing continuously and rapidly.It is the inevitable result of the mutual integration and organic connection of social economyin contemporary society. The deepening of urbanization will intensively focus on theuse of land, the effective integration of resources and the sustainable development ofenvironment. At present, the conventional classification of urban complexes can hardly cover the urban functional area with multiple positioningandpublic urban space embedded with variousfunctions. During the"12th five year plan"period, high-speed railway construction in China reached an unprecedented development peak, which brought numerous new towns high-speed railway to these region-class cities, and to promote the rapid development of high-speed railway economy. In order to cooperate with the development of these new towns and to speed up the economic growth in these areas, transportation hub–centered, highly intensive and multi-functional complex has become an inevitable solution. To develop this kind of complex, we need to take the local conditions into consideration. The planning positioning should be a multi-layer and multidimensional system combining with the environmental and civil infrastructure conditions reasonably, instead of a single dimensional one. With the deepening of urbanization, the further development of high-speed railway construction during the"13th five-year plan"period, and the establishment of mega city groupswill surely lead to a more comprehensive evolution of the concept of the transportation hub complex.
