摘要
长沙北辰新河三角洲A3区商业综合体项目包括三个结构设计单体,分别为200m高的公寓、150m高的酒店和超大型国际会议中心。公寓塔楼地上共59层,建筑主要屋面高度212.50m,结构高度为206.10m,以酒店式公寓功能为主,采用框架-核心筒结构体系;酒店楼地上共40层,建筑主要屋面高度155.80m,结构高度为149.10m,以酒店客房为主要功能,采用框架-核心筒结构体系;公寓和酒店两栋塔楼的核心筒均偏置在塔楼的一侧,偏置的筒体给结构设计带来一定挑战。公寓塔楼的结构高度超过A级高度限值,属于B级高度的超限高层结构,酒店塔楼高度基本接近150m高的A级高度限值要求。会议中心地上3层,结构高度23.90m,不属于高层建筑,大会议厅上空屋盖的跨度为63m,小于120m,不属于屋盖跨度超限建筑,会议中心采用局部设置剪力墙的框架结构体系。介绍了本项目的基础设计以及地下室设计,重点介绍最高塔楼-公寓的超限分析及应对措施,提供弹性分析和弹塑性时程分析两个阶段的计算分析结果,计算结果表明,本项目的设计满足规范要求。
Changsha Northstar Xinhe Delta A3 block architecture-complex project include three structural buildings,they are 200 m tall apartment,150 m tall hotel,a large international conference center. The apartment has 59 floors above ground,the main roof architectural height is 212. 50 m,and the structural top height is 206. 10 m,the main function is service apartment,using frame-core wall system. The hotel has 40 floors above ground,the main roof architectural height is 155. 80 m,and the structural top height is 149. 10 m,the main function is hotel,using frame-core wall system. The apartment height is over A class height,which is a B class height tall building. The hotel height is very close to the limit150 m of A class height. The conference center has 3 floors above ground,with the structural height 23. 9 m,not belonging to high building. There is a 63 m span roof structural over the super conference meeting room,less than 120 m,within the code span limit. Frame-shear wall has been adopt for conference structure. The core wall has been offset for both of the apartment and the hotel towers,which is the biggest challenge for structural design. The foundation design and basement design were introduced,the highest tower-apartment has been introduced as a key point,including elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis. All the analytical results can meet the code design standard.
