摘要
江西商联中心B2塔楼属超B级高度高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。针对项目特点和超限情况,确定了合理的结构抗震性能目标。采用YJK,MIDAS Gen,PKPM Sausage三种软件进行了结构整体分析计算。结果表明,结构的刚度、周期、位移等均满足规范要求。采用3组地震波对结构进行弹性时程分析,计算结果表明3条地震波的层间位移角曲线均小于CQC法计算的层间位移角曲线,且均满足规范要求。采用Pushover对结构进行静力弹塑性分析,结果表明最大弹塑性层间位移角满足规范限值要求。
The B2 tower of Business Center in Jiangxi is a high-rise building exceeding B-level height requirement of codes. The frame-corewall structural system is adopted. Considering project characteristics and out-of-code conditions,the reasonable seismic performance objectives were determined. Programs of YJK,MIDAS Gen and PKPM Sausage were used to conduct the integral analysis and calculation of structure under the frequent earthquakes. The results show that stiffness,period and displacement of the structure meet specification requirements. When the elastic time-history analysis of the structure is carried out,three seismic waves are adopted. The calculation results indicate that the interlayer displacement angle curves of the structure calculated by the 3 seismic waves are less than those calculated by the CQC method,and can meet the requirement of the standard. The static elastic-plastic analysis was conducted on the structure by using Pushover.The results show that the maximum elastic-plastic interlayer displacement angle meets the requirement of the standard limit.
