摘要
珠海翠湖香山国际花园2#塔楼采用了框支剪力墙结构,为B级高度的超限高层。结合其工程特点和结构超限情况,采取了基于性能的抗震设计方法,并采用YJK,ETABS,PKPM-SAUSAGE程序对结构进行小震、中震以及大震作用下的性能分析,同时对结构中的框支转换进行应力分析,并根据分析结果,采取了一系列加强措施。结果表明,本工程结构抗震性能较好,可满足预设的大震作用下的性能目标。
The No. 2 tower building of Cuihu Xiangshan International Garden in Zhuhai is a high-rise building,which adopts frame-supported shear wall structure that exceeds B grade height requirement of the code. Combined with the engineering characteristics and out-of-code conditions,a performance-based seismic design method was adopted. The programs of YJK,ETABS and PKPM-SAUSAGE procedures were applied to carry out the performance-based design under the frequent earthquake,fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. Stress analysis was conducted on the frame-supported transfer in the structure. According to the analysis results,a series of strengthening measures were adopted. The results show that the structure has well seismic performance,and it can realize the performance objective under the rare earthquake.
