摘要
随着市场经济的发展和城市更新的加快,城市土地的混合使用已经成为城市开发中一个普遍存在的现象。城市综合体是城市发展的必然产物,作为一种新型的复合建筑形式,它有着很大的发展潜力。该文从混合土地使用的概念入手,分析了城市综合体发展演变的过程,以探索在城市综合体中如何充分发挥混合功能使用的多重效益。
With the development of market economy and the acceleration of urban renewal, the mixture of urban land use has become a common phenomenon in the development of city. Urban complex is the inevitable outcome of the city development, as a new type of composite architectural form, it has great development potential. This paper uses a mixture of thoughts and explores the development benefit of the urban complex correlation analysis of urban complex and mixing the land use in the development.
