摘要
随着高职合作教育的深入发展,现有合作教育模式的矛盾也日益突出,产学研的"割裂式"发展,高校与国家、地方政府的"割裂式"发展等问题严重影响了高等职业技术教育的人才培养。针对这些问题,本文以"三螺旋"理论为视角,着重分析高等职业教育校企合作的三个层次:"实习-培训-就业"产学合作教育层次、"大赛-项目"产学研合作教育层次、"孵化-产业"政产学研三螺旋合作教育层次,理清在这三个合作层次中,高校、政府、企业三者间的职能定位与相互关系,并从广东轻工职业技术学院服装专业合作教育实践出发,从建立新的组织机构、积极开展教研/科研活动、实现"五维"教育人才培养模式、营造校企合作文化氛围、积极寻求政府的支持等五个方面指出合作教育的深化途径。
With the deepening development of cooperative education in higher vocational education, the contradiction be- tween the existing cooperative education model is becoming more and more prominent. The ＂split＂ development of pro- duction and research, the ＂split＂ development of colleges and universities and local governments seriously affected the higher Talents Training in Vocational and Technical Education. In view of these problems, this paper focuses on the three levels of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the higher vocational education from the perspective of ＂triple helix＂ theory： ＂Internship - Training - Employment＂ , ＂Incubation - industry＂ political research and research three spiral cooperation education level, to clarify the three levels of cooperation, universities, government, business functions and the relationship between the three, and from the Guangdong Vocational College of Light Industry Cooperative educa- tion practice, starting from the establishment of new organizations, and actively carry out research and research activities, to achieve ＂five -dimensional＂ education personnel training model, to create a culture of school -enterprise cooperation atmosphere, and actively seek government support and other five points that the deepening of cooperative education way.
