摘要
针对当下高职院校顶岗实习中存在的诸如实习基地难以稳固、实习岗位难以落实、质量难以保证、实习管理困难等主要问题和所面临的困境,以三螺旋理论为主要理论架构,通过对政府公共管理策略的研究,寻求破解高等职业院校学生顶岗实习管理过程中所面临困境的有效途径。
Against the main problems such as the difficulty in stabilizing practical bases, implementing internship positions, ensuring quality and managing practice, as well as dilemmas to be faced, the study of the government public management strategies with the Triple Helix Theory as its main theoretical framework can show us the effective way to solving these difficulties.
