计及继电保护失效的断路器检修顺序决策方法 被引量:2

摘要 多台断路器存在最优检修时间段重叠情况,为了合理配置检修资源,应该对断路器实施差异化检修,决策多台断路器检修顺序及检修重点。针对上述问题,从断路器潜在风险分析出发,考虑断路器关联继电保护的影响,提出了计及继电保护失效的断路器检修决策及检修效果评价方法。通过建立计及关联继电保护失效的断路器状态空间模型,综合考虑断路器退出运行时系统风险增量及继续运行的潜在风险,建立断路器检修紧迫度指标决策断路器检修顺序。以IEEE-RBTS进行算例分析,验证了所提计及继电保护失效的断路器检修决策及检修效果评价方法的可行性和优势。 Considering the best maintenance cycles of multiple circuit breakers may overlap, differentiated maintenance is necessary. Therefore, the maintenance order and the main focus of each maintenance must be determined in order to configure the maintenance resources reasonably for circuit breakers. In this paper, a method of maintenance decision and maintenance effect evaluation for circuit breaker considering relay protection failure is proposed by analyzing potential risks of circuit breakers. Considering the increment of risk after a circuit breaker exiting the system and the potential risk when it continue working, a maintenance urgency degree index of circuit breaker is offered to determine the maintenance order of circuit breakers by building a circuit breaker status space model based on relay protection failure. Taking IEEE-RBTS as an example, the feasibility and advantage of the proposed method is verified.
