摘要
针对传统的维修相关性分类方法没有全面考虑维修相关性影响的问题,提出从时间相关性、故障相关性、结构相关性和功能相关性四个方面描述多部件系统的维修相关性的方法,分析了各类相关性对机会成组维修的影响。以部件可用代价最小化为目标,建立多部件系统机会成组策略的优化模型,通过采用生物地理学优化算法求解,确定系统内各部件与其维修相关部件的最佳机会维修阈值集。通过算例分析了某船用燃油喷射系统中输油阀与柱塞和针阀两维修相关部件进行机会维修的成组时机,表明该模型为多部件系统的维修成组提供了切实可行的方法。
In view of incomplete consideration to maintenance correlation in traditional classified methods,a new maintenance correlation method to describe multi-unit system was put forward from four aspects such as time correlated,fault correlated,structure correlated and function correlated.Meanwhile,the influence of various maintenance correlations on opportunistic group maintenance was analyzed.Taking opportunistic grouping minimization of units as target,the opportunistic grouping maintenance optimal model of multi-unit system was constructed.With Biogeography Based Optimization(BBO)algorithm,the best opportunistic maintenance threshold sets about correlating components in the system was defined.Through examples,an opportune moment on which oil valve in marine fuel injection system could lanch opportunity maintenance with piston and needle valve two related parts was analyzed.It showed that the proposed model provided a feasible method to group maintenance for the multi-unit system.
