摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定祛斑养阴颗粒中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用色谱柱为依利特Sino Chrom ODS-BPC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱;流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:220 nm;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱(0~12 min,5%A→10%A;12~25 min,10%A→25%A;25~35 min,25%A→35%A)。结果橙皮苷回归方程为Y_1=12 147.47 X_1-4 728.96,r=0.999 8,表明橙皮苷在0.243~2.43μg范围内线性关系良好。黄芩苷回归方程为Y_2=27 986.68 X_2-5 324.71,r=0.999 9,表明黄芩苷在0.357~3.57μg范围内线性关系良好。结论本试验所建立的方法简单可行,快速简便,重复性好,可以作为祛斑养阴颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the efficient method to determine the content of Hesperidin and Baicalin in macula-removing Yangyin Particles by RP-HPLC.Metheds Chromatographic col- umn SinoChrom QDS-BPC18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm ) was used;Velocity. 1.0 mL/min ; Column temperature .30℃ ; Detection wavelength .220 nm ; Flow phase, acetonitrile-0.1 % acid water gradient (0-12min,5% A to 10% A;12-25min,10% A to 25% A;25-35min,25% A to 35% A).Results The return equation of hesperidin was Y1 = 12 147.47 X1-4 728.96, r = 0.999 8, indicating that hesperidin had good linear relations within 0.243-2.43 μg.The return equation for baicalin is Y2 = 27986.68 X2-5 324.71, r = 0.999 9, indicating baicalin had good linear relations within 0.357- 3.57 μg.Conclusion The method established in this experiment is simple, feasible and practical, which can be used to control the quality of Macula-Removing Yangyin Particles.
