摘要
目的：建立HPLC测定理气健脾颗粒中橙皮苷的含量。方法：色谱柱：BeckmanODS C18柱（4·6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈－0．2％磷酸（2JD：80）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：284nm。结果：橙皮苷进样量的线性范围0．040～0．40Ixg（r=0．9998），平均加样回收率为100．49％，RSD=1．66％（n=6）。结论：本法灵敏、准确、快速，可用于理气健脾颗粒的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a Methods： ODS Cts（4. 6 mm x 250 mm,5μm） method for determination Hesperidin in LiqiJianpi granule by HPLC. colum was used, mobile phrase was acetonitrile -0. 2% phosphoric acid （20：80）, flow rate wasl. 0 mL· min^- 1 and the detection wavelength at 284 nm. Results： The standard curve was linear over the range of 0. 040-0. 40μg with the correlation coefficient 0. 999 8. The average recovery was 100. 49 % with RSD = 1.66 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The HPLC method is sensitive, accurate and rapid. It can be used to control the quality of LiqiJianpi granule.
