摘要
以利益相关者理论为剖析视角,透视芬兰职业教育国际化利益相关者角色特点,主要表现为政府主导,政策、组织保障有力,引领职业教育国际化总体方向;企业与职业院校分工明确,驱动职业教育国际化高效运行;芬兰职业院校师生成为职业教育国际化的受益者,依托各类国际组织提供的平台,整合资源,促成职业教育国际化可持续发展。基于此,中国职业教育国际化发展应关注:制定职业教育国际化战略,形成系统政策制度体系;鼓励多元利益主体明确角色,积极参与职业教育国际化进程。
Using the stakeholder theory as a theoretical tool, this paper analyzes different stakeholders' character in IFVET. With the guidance of the government and the solid guarantee of the policies, enterprises and vocational schools have a clear division of responsibilities, and students and teachers benefit from IFVET on the global platforms. Therefore, IFVET can achieve sustainable development. This paper states the exemplary significance of IFVET to China' s internationalization of vocational education. On the one hand, to generate strategies system of internationalization of VET, on the other hand, to encourage different stakeholders to take participate in the process of internationalization of VET.
