门式刚架半刚性节点连接性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 门式刚架中普遍采用的端板类连接是典型的半刚性节点连接。采用转动弹簧模拟端板连接节点的半刚性,推导了半刚性连接在荷载作用下的内力计算式;讨论了半刚性连接对门式刚架内力的影响;对02SG518-1《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构图集》给出的门式刚架横梁截面,通过数值计算,比较了其在半刚性连接和刚性连接时的内力。分析表明,半刚性门式刚架受连接柔性的影响,会使斜梁的杆端负弯矩减小,而跨中正弯矩相应增加,按刚性连接设计不符合实际受力情况,其结果将高估由梁端传到柱的负弯矩而低估梁的跨中正弯矩,门式刚架的半刚性连接对结构受力有明显影响,在分析和设计中,应考虑半刚性的影响。提出的方法计算工作量少,方便实用。 The end-plate connection,which has been widely used in portal frames,is a typical semi-rigid connection.The paper simulated the semi-rigid joints of the end-plate connections by using the rotary springs,deduced the formula for calculating the internal force of the semi-rigid connection under loads,and discussed the influence of the semi-rigid connections on the internal force of the portal frames. According to the numerical calculation of the cross-section of various crossbeams,which were included in 02SG518-1,the inertial force of those sections with semi-rigid connections and rigid connections were compared. It was shown that,due to the flexibility of the connections,the negative moment of the ends of inclined beams decreased while the positive moment of the mid-span of inclined beams increased. Therefore,the design for the portal frame with rigid connections could not meet the requirements of actual stress situation. The results would overestimate the negative moment which was transferred from the ends of the beams to the columns,while underestimate the positive moment of the mid-span of the beams. The semi-rigid connections of the portal frames had a significant influence on the structure force,as a result,the effect of the semi-rigid connection should be taken into account in the analysis and design. The proposed method was convenient for calculation and application.
