Influence of Axial Stiffness of Diagonal Brace on Stability Bearing Capacity of Disk Lock Steel Tubular Scaffolds

摘要 为研究斜杆对承插型盘扣式钢管支架稳定承载力的影响,对2种工况架体进行荷载试验,得到极限稳定承载力及荷载-侧移曲线。采用有限元软件ANSYS对试验架体建立三维杆系有限元模型,考虑材料弹塑性及几何初始缺陷,进行非线性屈曲分析。通过改变斜杆轴向刚度对试验架体结构进行参数分析,得到与试验结果较吻合的数值分析模型。试验和数值分析结果表明:斜杆轴向刚度对架体结构稳定承载力影响较大,斜杆轴向刚度折减系数取0. 03时,有限元数值分析结果与试验结果吻合性较好。 In order to study the influence of the diagonal brace on the stability bearing capacity of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold,the loading test of the two kinds of working condition frame is carried out,and the ultimate stability bearing capacity and load-lateral displacement curves are obtained. The three-dimensional finite element models of the test frames are established by using the finite element software ANSYS. Considering the material elastic-plastic and geometric initial defects,the non-linear buckling analysis of the finite element models is carried out.The parameter analysis of the finite element models of the test frames is carried out by changing the diagonal brace axial stiffness. the numerical analysis model which is in good agreement with the experimental results is obtained. The results of test and numerical analysis show that the axial stiffness of the diagonal brace has a great influence on the stability bearing capacity of the frame structure. When the reduction coefficient of the axial stiffness of the inclined bar is0. 03,the numerical analysis results of the finite element agree well with the test results.
