矩形钢管典型节点刚度的分析与比较

摘要 介绍了一种弹性阶段的改进半刚接节点刚度有限元计算方法;提出实体有限元节点分析时网格大小按照1t~6t划分计算较为准确;采用SAP有限元计算软件对改进FEM半刚接节点刚度计算方法进行验证。采用此计算方法对矩形管的8种典型节点转动刚度进行计算分析和比较,结果表明:随着杆件长度的增加,杆件的刚度降低而节点自身的刚度变化不大,故节点相对刚度会随杆件长度的增大而增大;不等高围焊增加竖向外加劲的节点刚度及相对刚度最大,可视为刚接;相同跨度受均布荷载时,等高围焊节点的应力最小且均匀,可以更好的传力;不等高截面围焊根据高差不同,节点刚度差异较大;不等高双侧高差>2t围焊时节点刚度及相对刚度接近铰接;不等高双侧高差≤2t围焊时刚度接近刚接。 This paper discusses an improved finite element method for calculating the stiffness of semi-rigid joint in the elastic stage.It is suggested that the mesh size 1t~6t is more accurate when the finite element calculated.The improved finite element method is verified by SAP software.In addition,the rotational stiffness of eight typical tube joints is analyzed and calculated by improved FEM.The results show that with the increase of the member length,the stiffness of the member decreases,but the stiffness of the node changes little,so the relative stiffness are increased.The stiffness and relative stiffness of the joint which member sections are unequal height and adopt girth welding connection and added vertical outward stiffening plates is the largest;it can be regarded as rigid connection.Under the same span and uniform load,the stress of equal height girth welded joint is the smallest and the most uniform,which can transfer the force best.There is a large difference in the joint stiffness,when the bilateral unequal height difference>2t,the joint stiffness and relative stiffness are close to hinge connection;when the bilateral unequal height difference≤2t,the joint stiffness and relative stiffness are close to rigid connection.
