地方高师院校“卓越教师”职业认同的培育——以玉林师范学院汉语言文学卓越教师班为例 被引量:3

Occupation Identity Cultivation of "Excellent Teacher" in Local Normal Universities: A Case Analysis of Chinese Language and Literature Major in Yulin Normal University

摘要 对在校师范生而言,教师职业认同是一种强烈的职业倾向,也是一种可培养的职业态度。以玉林师范学院汉语言文学卓越教师班为样本的调查研究显示,师范生的教师职业认同现状与培养目标有明显差距。细化"卓越教师"标准、建设育人共同体、营造教师教育文化氛围、强化学生就业指导和心理疏导、发挥社会激励作用是培育提升"卓越教师"职业认同的有效路径。 For normal students, teachers' occupation identity is a strong tendency of occupation; it is also a kind of cultivable occupation attitude. The investigation and study of the outstanding class of Chinese language and literature teachers in Yulin Normal University show that there is a significant gap between teachers' professional identity and their training goals.Refining"excellent teacher"standard,constructing education community,creating cultural atmosphere of teachers’education,strengthening employment guidance and psychological counseling,and giving full play to the social incentives are the main measures to cultivate and promote the"excellent teacher"occupation identity.
