摘要
长期以来,农村教育始终面临着传统文化与现代文化、主流文化与亚主流文化、中心文化与边缘文化的冲突。理清与协调好农村教育内外不同文化之间的张力,摆正农村教育的文化角色与文化地位,形成农村教育内部与外部文化间的合力,是积极推进农村教育新型城镇化发展的重要动因。调适农村教育文化冲突的策略为:提升农村教育文化的社会认同,消除城乡教育文化区隔;建立城乡教育文化共同体,确保城乡教育文化公平互认;形成农村教育文化身份再定位,还原农村教育发展根本路向。
