摘要
图书馆组织氛围测评是图书馆自发开展的评价活动,其目的是培养健康的图书馆组织氛围。基于国内外有关图书馆组织氛围研究的梳理,以流程管理思想为理论基础,参考Climate QUAL~测评流程、结合文献调研和专家咨询结果所构建的适合我国图书馆组织氛围的测评流程可分为前期准备、测评实施和反馈优化3个阶段。贯穿整个测评过程的数据质量控制方法包括:构建科学的指标体系、调查对象的控制、问卷调查系统的控制和调查专员的培训等。
Library＇s organizational climate assessment is an assessment activity initiated voluntarily by library, aiming to foster a healthy organizational climate in library. This paper summarizes the research conducted on library＇s organizational climate assessment at home and abroad. This paper further adopts process management as theoretical foundation, consults the assessment process of ClimateQUAL~, combines literature review results and consultation results from professionals, and builds a three-stage model that is suitable for Chinese library＇s organizational climate. The three stages include preparation, data collection, and feedback and optimization. Data quality control methods throughout the whole assessment process include establishing a scientific indicator system, controlling research respondents, controlling questionnaire system, and conducting investigators＇ training.
