摘要
目的讨论腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术(LRP)在局限性前列腺癌中的应用。方法选取我院收治的局限性前列腺癌患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机均分成两组;对照组采用经耻骨后前列腺癌根治术(RRP),观察组采用LRP;比较两组患者术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症以及生化复发率和完全控尿率情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症、生化复发率与完全控尿率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LRP治疗局限性前列腺癌能有效缩短患者住院时间,减少术中出血量,与RRP治疗效果相近,术后并发症情况无显著差异。
Objective To discuss the application of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy （LRP） in localized prostate cancer. Methods 60 cases of localized prostate cancer in our hospital were selected as the research object, they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with suprapubic prostatectomy （RRP）, the observation group was treated with LRP. The amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, biochemical recurrence rate and total urinary continence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding and the length of stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant （/~〈0.05）. There were no significant difference in postoperative complications, biochemical recurrence rate and total urinary continence between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion LRP for localized prostate cancer can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, the curative effect of radical prostatectomy is similar to RRP, and there is no significant difference in postoperative complications.
